Visualping pricing starts with a free plan for 5 pages. Paid plans run from $10 a month billed annually ($14 monthly) for the smallest Personal plan to $250 a month annually ($350 monthly) for the largest Business plan, with a quote-only Solutions tier above that. Business features come with a 14 day free trial and no card.

Prices below were read from each vendor's own pricing page on 4 October 2026. Visualping's is at visualping.io/pricing.

How Visualping counts usage

The plan names give it away: Visualping sells checks, not pages. A check is one look at one page. Your monthly use is pages multiplied by how often you check them.

What you watchHow oftenChecks a month (roughly)Smallest plan that fits
5 pagesDaily150Free
10 pagesDaily300Personal 1K
10 pagesEvery 4 hours1,800Personal 5K
20 pagesHourly14,400Business 20K

That table is our arithmetic, using a 30 day month. It shows the real lesson: frequency, not page count, decides what you pay. Checking a competitor's pricing page every hour costs about 720 checks a month. Checking it daily costs 30. Prices on most competitor sites do not change hourly.

What each tier really limits

Pages. Personal 1K allows 10 pages, which is enough for three competitors' pricing, homepage and one key product page.

Speed. The fastest check interval drops from 60 minutes on Free to 2 minutes on Personal 10K. For competitor research, daily is usually enough, so you should rarely pay for speed.

Users. This is the real upgrade trigger. Every Personal plan is one person. Giving a colleague their own login means Business 20K at $100 a month on annual billing.

Hidden costs

Top-ups. Run out of checks mid-month and Visualping offers credit top-ups. The page did not show what they cost, so check before you rely on them.

The Business jump. Going from one user to five costs $50 a month more on annual billing at the switch from Personal 10K to Business 20K, and $100 a month more if you were on Personal 5K.

Monthly billing. Paying month to month costs about 40% more than annual on every plan ($14 against $10). Fine for a trial period, expensive as a habit.

Free plan and free trial

The free plan has no stated end date: 5 pages, 150 checks a month, checks as often as hourly, one user, no card. The page's own FAQ says that is enough to check five pages about once a day.

The trial gives you 14 days of Business features with no card on file. When it ends, monitoring stops and nothing is charged automatically, so there is no trap in trying it.

What a small team actually needs

Say you sell software and watch three competitors. You care about their pricing pages and homepages, six pages in total, checked daily.

  • One person: the free plan covers five of those pages. Personal 1K at $10 a month on annual billing covers all six with room for four more.
  • Two to five people who all need alerts: Business 20K at $100 a month annually. Or keep one Personal plan and forward the alerts, which costs nothing extra.

Set up the watch properly or you will mute it within a month. Select only the pricing table, not the whole page, so a changed banner does not fire an alert. Our guide to tracking competitor website changes goes through the setup.

Other page monitors to compare

ToolFree planCheapest paid plan
Distill25 monitors (5 in the cloud), 1,000 cloud checks$15 monthly, $12 annually
ChangeTower3 pages, checked daily$12 monthly, $10 annually (25 pages)
PageCrawl6 pages, 220 checks$16 monthly, $13.33 annually
Wachete5 static pages, 1 dynamic page$5.40 a month

Distill's homepage says it can also watch password-protected pages, useful if a rival hides prices behind a login. The Visualping vs Distill comparison covers the trade-offs, and the full field is in our list of website change monitoring tools and on the Visualping alternatives page.

Figo, ours, is $49 a month for three competitors and puts their new ads, rankings and reviews next to their page and pricing changes; the Figo vs Visualping page compares the two. For watching a handful of pages, Visualping is the cheaper tool.

Verdict

Visualping is honestly priced and easy to start free. Most people watching competitors need the free plan or Personal 1K, and should spend effort on choosing the right page region rather than on faster checks. Upgrade to Business only when more than one person needs their own alerts.

Questions people ask

Is the Visualping free plan enough to watch competitors?

For one or two competitors, often yes. Five pages checked about once a day fits inside 150 checks a month, which covers each rival's pricing page and homepage.

Can several people share a Visualping plan?

Personal plans are for one user. Business plans include 5 to 11 users depending on size, with no per-seat charge on top.

What if I run out of Visualping checks?

Visualping sells credit top-ups, but the pricing page did not show their price. The free fix is to check slow-changing pages less often.

How much cheaper is Visualping on annual billing?

About 29% on every paid plan. Personal 1K is $14 billed monthly or $120 for a year, which is $10 a month.
