Terms

The deal, in plain words.

These are the terms for using Figo. They are short on purpose. Last updated 27 September 2026.

What Figo is

Figo watches public information about businesses you choose and turns it into reports, alerts and answers. The numbers are estimates from third-party data and public sources. They are useful, but they are not audited figures, and we do not promise they are complete or exact.

Your account

You need an account to use Figo. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Paying

Plans are paid monthly, in advance, in US dollars. Every new account gets a 7 day free trial of Starter once it confirms its email address, with no card needed; when it ends, checks stop until you pick a plan. If you pick a plan during the trial, your card is first charged when the trial would have ended. There is no free plan. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not give refunds for part months, except where the law says we must.

If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Fair use

Track real businesses you compete with. Do not use Figo to harass anyone, to scrape our data into another product, or to break any law. We can close accounts that do.

This spells out a limit the app already applies. Every first check of a new competitor costs us real data, so each plan limits how many competitors you can add in a rolling 30 days: enough to fill every slot and then swap at least half of them. Removing a competitor does not give that add back. The app tells you when the next one frees up.

Our promise and its limits

We work hard to keep Figo running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never be wrong. If Figo is down for a long stretch, we credit you for that time. Beyond that, our total liability to you is the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you first. Using Figo after that means you accept the new terms.
