For agencies
One weekly briefing per client, without the Friday scramble.
Figo watches each client's competitors across ads, pages, rankings, social, reviews and AI answers, then writes the week's changes in plain words you can put in front of a client.
The job this does
Every account manager knows the drill: five browser tabs, two ad libraries, a rankings tool and a spreadsheet, repeated for every client, every week. Most of it turns up nothing. The week it does turn up something, you find out late.
Figo runs that sweep on a schedule and hands you the result: what each competitor did, the evidence behind it, and one thing worth doing. When a competitor was quiet, it says so instead of padding the report.
How it works
- 1Add a client workspaceOne workspace per client, with the client's own site tracked alongside their competitors so every comparison is against their numbers, not an industry average.
- 2Figo checks every competitor weeklyA full check the day you add them, then one automatic check a week. You never press a button, and you cannot burn through your data allowance by refreshing.
- 3Monday briefing landsOne email per workspace at 7am, with your logo on the Agency plan. Send it to the client, or read it first and forward the parts that matter.
- 4Click any number to the evidenceEvery claim links to the ad, the page, the keyword or the AI answer it came from, so a client question never leaves you guessing.
What Figo watches for each competitor
Google Ads
Live ads from the Google Ads Transparency Center, with the creative, the landing page and the date each ad was first seen.
Meta and TikTok ads
Active ads from the public Meta Ad Library and TikTok Ad Library, including the image or video and how long each has run.
New and changed pages
New service pages, new location pages and new blog posts, grouped by section so 80 new pages read as one line, not eighty.
Rankings and traffic
Keyword positions and estimated monthly Google traffic in your client's country, with the keywords they started ranking for this week.
Reviews and rating
Google Business Profile rating, review count and star distribution, plus Trustpilot where a profile exists.
AI visibility
How often ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name each business when a buyer asks for a recommendation, and which sources those answers cite.
Why the AI part matters for client retention
Buyers now ask an assistant for a shortlist before they search. Figo asks the same buyer questions every Monday and records who gets named, who only gets cited as a source, and which pages the assistants read to build the answer. When a client is missing from those answers and a competitor is not, the briefing names the specific source to get listed on.
That is a concrete piece of work you can sell, and it is hard for a client to get anywhere else.
What Figo does not do
- It does not report on your own campaigns. Figo is about competitors, not your ad accounts.
- Traffic and keyword numbers are estimates from search data, not the competitor's analytics. They are right for direction and trend, not for exact visit counts.
- Ad libraries show what is public. A competitor running only email, direct mail or partner marketing will look quieter than they are.
- It cannot tell you what a competitor's ads cost or earned. Ad count is not spend, and a long-running ad is a hint, not proof of profit.
Common questions
How many clients can I track?
The Agency plan covers 20 competitors across 5 client workspaces, so a typical agency tracks 4 competitors for each of 5 clients. Growth covers 8 competitors in one workspace if you only watch a few accounts.
Can I send the briefing straight to a client?
Yes. Each workspace has its own notification email and Slack webhook, so the Monday briefing can go to you, to the client, or to both. The Agency plan puts your logo on the report.
How long does setup take per client?
About three minutes. You add the client's website and their competitors, Figo suggests competitors from search data, and it finds their social handles for you. The first full check runs straight away.
Does it replace my reporting tool?
No. Figo covers what competitors did, not what your campaigns did. It sits next to your reporting, and most agencies paste the briefing into the client's monthly report.
Can I swap a competitor when a client changes focus?
Yes, on any plan. Remove one in Settings and add another; the new one gets a full first check immediately.
