The best Visualping alternatives in 2026

Visualping is a good tool that people often ask to do a job it was not built for. It watches a URL and tells you when the pixels or the words change. That is it, and it does it well.

What Visualping costs today

There is a free plan at $0 a month: 5 pages, 150 checks a month, no more often than hourly. Personal plans for one user are $14, $35 and $70 a month billed monthly, or $10, $25 and $50 a month billed annually. Business plans start at Business 20K, $140 a month or $1,200 billed yearly, and rise to Business 50K at $350 a month or $3,000 a year. A Business trial runs 14 days with no card on file.

Visualping's price is driven by two things: how many pages you watch and how often each is checked. Hourly checking on a lot of pages gets expensive quickly.

The honest limit of page monitoring

A URL watcher can only tell you about pages you already thought to watch.

It will catch a competitor editing their pricing page, which is genuinely valuable. It will not catch them launching twelve Google Ads, publishing four blog posts, adding a page you did not know existed, or gaining two hundred reviews.

That is not a criticism of the tool. It is a mismatch between what people buy it for and what it does.

The alternatives worth a look

Distill.io, for control

Free tier, then Starter at $15 a month and Professional at $35 billed monthly, or $12 and $28 billed yearly, and Flexi from $80. Distill can run checks locally in your browser as well as in the cloud, which matters for pages behind a login.

ChangeTower, for price

Lite at $12 a month, Essential at $36 and Business at $78 billed monthly, or $10, $29 and $62 billed annually, Enterprise on request. A free plan covers 3 pages checked daily. Straightforward page monitoring with change history; full page archiving is on Enterprise.

Pick ChangeTower if you want the cheapest credible paid monitor and do not need much else.

Figo, when the job is competitors rather than pages

Ours, so treat it accordingly.

Figo picks the pages worth watching on a competitor's site rather than asking you to list them, and watches eight of them per competitor including the ones they add after you start. It also checks their rankings, blog posts, Google, Meta and TikTok ads, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit mentions, reviews and published pricing.

Crucially, it filters. Cookie banners, review counters, rotating testimonials and dates all look like changes to a naive differ, and Figo drops them before you see them. What reaches you is a sentence like a competitor pulled the price off three pages and added a free consultation, with one thing to do about it.

$49 a month for three competitors, $99 for eight, $249 for twenty across five client workspaces.

Pick Figo if you want to watch competitors. Pick Visualping if you want to watch pages: a government tender page, a job board, a supplier's stock page. Figo would be the wrong tool for those and Visualping is excellent at them.

When to stay on Visualping

• You watch non competitor pages. Regulations, tenders, availability, prices of things you buy.
• You need hourly or faster checks. Figo checks weekly by design.
• The free tier is enough. If five pages daily covers it, pay nothing.

The short answer

Visualping is the right tool for a list of URLs and the wrong tool for a list of competitors. Work out which list you actually have.
