For small business

Know what they are doing, without becoming an analyst.

You do not need another dashboard to log into. Figo checks your competitors every week and sends one email on Monday that says what changed and what is worth doing.

What you get

One email a week. Each competitor gets a short card: what they did, the proof, and one thing you could do about it. If a competitor did nothing, the email says so and gives you no homework.

Everything links back to the app if you want to look closer, but the email is designed to be enough on its own.

Setting it up, once

  1. 1Type your websiteFigo reads your site to work out what you sell, and asks which country your customers are in so rankings are measured in the right Google.
  2. 2Pick your competitorsFigo suggests the businesses competing for the same searches, with their traffic, so you can tell a real rival from a name you half recognise. Add up to three on Starter.
  3. 3Confirm their social handlesFigo finds their Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn for you. Fix any that look wrong and press start.
  4. 4Read the first reportThe first full check runs immediately and takes a few minutes. After that, one automatic check a week and an email every Monday.

What Figo checks

Their ads

The Google, Meta and TikTok ads they have live right now, including the picture, the wording and the page each ad sends people to.

New pages and posts

When they add a service page, a location page or a blog post, so you can see where they are pushing.

Google rankings and traffic

Roughly how many visits a month they get from Google, which searches they show up for, and what changed.

Reviews

Their Google star rating and review count over time. A rival collecting 20 reviews a month is out-asking you.

Social posts

What they post on Instagram and Facebook, and any Reddit threads that are genuinely about them.

ChatGPT and friends

Whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name them when a customer asks for a recommendation, and whether they name you.

An honest word about the numbers

Traffic figures are estimates built from search data, not the competitor’s own analytics. They are reliable for comparing businesses and spotting a trend, and they are not exact visit counts. Figo labels them as estimates everywhere they appear, and every figure links to the evidence behind it.

What Figo does not do

  • Figo cannot see what a competitor's marketing costs or earns. Nobody can, from the outside.
  • It only sees public activity. Email lists, referrals and word of mouth stay invisible.
  • It does not run your marketing or write your pages. It tells you what changed and suggests one next step.
  • The first report is a snapshot, not a trend. Comparisons start from the second weekly check.

Common questions

How much work is this each week?

Reading one email. Setup takes about five minutes once, and after that Figo checks on its own and writes to you on Monday.

Do I need to understand SEO?

No. The briefing is written in plain words for a business owner. Where a number needs context, the sentence gives it: 'they run 40 Google Ads, you run none'.

What does it cost?

Starter is $49 a month for 3 competitors. There is no free plan and no trial, because every check costs us real data. You can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the month you paid for.

How do I know who my competitors are?

Type your website and Figo suggests the businesses that compete with you for the same Google searches, ranked by how much traffic they get. Pick the ones you recognise.

Is my own business tracked too?

Yes, and it should be. Every comparison in the briefing is against your numbers, so you can see the gap rather than a number with no meaning.
