Mangools pricing, as its pricing page showed it on 4 October 2026, is €37.70 a month billed annually for Basic, €52.70 for Premium and €97.70 for Agency. Billed monthly, the same plans are €61, €81 and €141. Every plan includes all five tools, KWFinder among them, plus a bundled AI prompt tracker.

Prices below were read from each vendor's own pricing page on 4 October 2026. Mangools showed us euros, and there is a currency quirk worth knowing about, covered below.

Mangools pricing at a glance

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billing (per month)Annual total
Basic€61€37.70€452.40
Premium€81€52.70€632.40
Agency€141€97.70€1,172.40

The pricing page displayed the annual view, with the annual saving shown as €279.60 on Basic, €339.60 on Premium and €519.60 on Agency. The monthly figures match the struck-through yearly totals on that page and the monthly prices in Mangools' own structured data. Annual works out at roughly 31% (Agency) to 38% (Basic) less.

Lookups reset daily. 100 keyword lookups a day is plenty for most people. You only hit it on research-heavy days, and the limit is back the next morning.

Rank tracking is weekly below Agency. If you want daily position data, Agency is the only Mangools plan with it.

Seats often decide the upgrade. Basic is one person with no option to add more. Premium is the first plan that lets a colleague in.

The AI bundle comes with every plan. Each one includes AI Search Watcher PRO (500 prompts monitored across several AI models) and API and MCP access. You pay for it whether you use it or not.

The currency quirk and the cheaper plans you might see

Two things on Mangools' own site do not match the pricing page we saw.

Currency. The pricing page showed euros. The structured data on Mangools' KWFinder page lists the same numbers (452.40, 632.40 and 1,172.40 a year, and 61, 81 and 141 a month) labelled in US dollars. Check which currency your checkout uses before comparing with US tools.

A second set of plans. That same structured data also lists plans without AI Search Watcher: Entry at 30 a month (238.80 a year), Basic at 49 (358.80), Premium at 69 (538.80) and Agency at 129 (1,078.80), again labelled in US dollars. They were not on the pricing page we read, and the page's code names an A/B pricing test, so different visitors may see different plans. If you are offered the non-AI plans and do not need prompt tracking, they are the cheaper choice.

Hidden costs

Extra seats. Premium allows three more and Agency five, but the page does not show what a seat costs. Ask before you plan a team around it.

Monthly billing. It costs about 60% more than annual on Basic (€61 against €37.70). Fine for a month of research, expensive as a habit.

Short refund window. The guarantee is a full refund within 48 hours of paying, and not on two subscriptions in a row. That is not long enough to judge a tool, so use the free account first.

Free account, no free trial

The pricing page shows no free plan or trial. The KWFinder page does offer a free account with 5 lookups per 24 hours, 15 related keywords and 5 competitor keywords per lookup. That is enough to judge the keyword data and difficulty scores on your own niche before paying.

What a small team actually needs

Say you are a freelancer or a two-person marketing team doing keyword research for one site.

  • One person, one or two sites, weekly rank checks: Basic at €37.70 a month annually covers it.
  • Two to four people: Premium at €52.70 annually plus whatever extra seats cost.
  • Agencies with daily rank reporting: Agency at €97.70 annually is the only plan with daily updates.

For competitor research specifically, KWFinder shows the keywords a rival ranks for when you enter their domain, and SiteProfiler gives an SEO overview of any site. Our guide to competitor keyword research shows how to use that kind of data.

Verdict

Mangools is one of the cheapest proper SEO toolsets, and Basic on annual billing is good value for one person. Use the free KWFinder account before paying, because the refund window is only 48 hours. Check the currency and which plan set you are shown at checkout, and pick the non-AI plans if they are offered and you do not need prompt tracking.
